RIHAM has grown into a well-known household brand over the years, and has greatly captured the support of the mass market. The brand currently operates a broad product portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices, Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct job evaluation, recruitment and selection
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes and staff attendance tracking
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Provide advice on pay and other remuneration issues
- Supervise all cleaners and receptions
- Provide counselling and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage all leave calendars
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration from a reputable University.
- Five years of HR experience in a similar role in a busy environment
- Knowledge in SAP or any ERP System in key to this role and can be an added advantage
- knowledge in power point and developing and building up presentations is key
