Bukona Agro Processors Ltd is at the forefront of the renewable energy sector in Uganda, manufacturing denatured ethanol as a clean cooking fuel. Our brand, Greenergy, offers ethanol-fueled stoves and pressure cookers, providing sustainable and environmentally friendly energy solutions to our Business to Customer and Business to Business market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution:
    • Conduct both group and individual sales in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, and Entebbe, with a target of selling 100 stoves per month as a team.
  2. Market Development and Brand Awareness:
    • Actively develop prospects and leads in the field.
    • Promote and increase the brand awareness of Greenergy bio stoves in Uganda.
  3. Customer Engagement and Support:
    • Ensure customers are well-informed on stove usage and provide additional assistance where needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  4. Sales Promotion:
    • Directly promote and sell Greenergy starter packs and fuel.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and educate potential customers about the benefits and features of our ethanol cooking technology.
  5. Sales Targets and Reporting:
    • Achieve sales targets and commission goals as set by the Sales Manager.
    • Report on daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales team and manager.
  6. Collaboration and Feedback:
    • Work closely with the call centre team, providing insights on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field from a recognized higher institution.
  • At least two years of marketing experience, preferably within the Energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Luganda, English, and other local languages in Uganda’s Central Region.
  • Age: 25 – 35 years.
