Uganda Management Institute Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management (Weekend)
The Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management is a two-semester postgraduate and post – experience course. It is designed to enhance technical and professional knowledge and skills in Public Management for middle level managers in Government Ministries and Departments, Local Governments, Parastatal Bodies and NGOs. The course consists of 12 modules:4 basic,6 core and two electives, and; is modularized to enable participants to study at their convenience by either completing the whole course in 2 semesters or by completing its modules over a period of 3 years. Participants who obtain the Postgraduate Diploma with second class or above may be admitted to the Master of Management of studies (MMS) Degree Programme (Public Administration and Management option).

Assessment:
Participants are assessed through exercises, course work, and written examinations.
