Job Summary:

As a member of the Governance and Peace Strengthening (GPS) team, reporting to the Governance and Peace Team Leader, the Coordination and Reporting Officer supports the implementation of the UNDP/KOICA BRICK project. This role also involves supporting day-to-day interventions within GPS and advancing the principles of leaving no one behind within the portfolio’s pipelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support resource mobilization and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and implement select projects, applying Results Based Management tools.
  • Coordinate with inter-agency and technical working groups to ensure alignment.
  • Handle reporting, knowledge brokering, strategic communications, and promote south-south and triangular cooperation.
  • Facilitate learning, knowledge management, and self-development.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Advanced University Degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Peace and Security Studies, Political Science, Sociology, Public Policy, or related disciplines. A bachelor’s degree with additional experience will be considered.
  • 2 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 4 years with a bachelor’s degree, in monitoring, evaluation, project coordination, or project management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based management systems.
  • Strong research and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of any other UN language is an advantage.
