Sinopec Service is engaged in the provision of all project phases service for various sectors, including oil & gas, power, buildings, roads and bridges etc. We are looking for Construction and Project support personnel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively organize and allocate manpower and equipment’s to enable expediting of requisition as per priorities.
- Ensure proper management of inventory (including plant spares,drilling & production inventory, project materials) in compliance with Company approved procedures and processes, obligations, applicable local national regulations and oil industry standards
- Interact with QHSE Dept to agree on Warehouse QHSE Management objectives and reporting tools.
- Plan warehouse space as per business requirements, supervise picking, packing and put-away operations, allocate resources for optimum utilization and suggest and implement processes to improve warehouse effectiveness.
- Oversee packing processes for outbound shipments for compliance to country and customer specifications and that necessary certifications / stickers marking are attached to enable timely delivery of goods to the customer /vendor.
- Experience using Supply Chain Management software, including Smart Plant Materials (SMAT).
- Prepare Annual Material management Plan
- Support the materials team to deliver the materials supply & management strategy.
- Participate in planning, execution and evaluation of the strategy and action plans.
- Act as the Emergency Team Leader of warehouse operation in the event of any emergency.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion, planning, logistics, material management or the related
- At least seven years of proven experience in materials team supervision with Operator background
- Comprehensive SCM experience with all disciplines required.
- Intensive knowledge of EMMS required.
- Skilfully use office software and SAP system.
- Extensive knowledge of logistics.
- Understanding of oil E&P.
- Excellent leading, planning and communication skills.
- Good understanding of culture diversity
- Excellent analysing and problem-solving ability
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent team player.
- High standard business ethics and integrity
- Highly motivated and achievement orientated.
- Prefer to have overseas and offshore oil field working experience.
