Q-Sourcing Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan. They are recruiting for a valuable client, one of our National-based clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring retention of Loans Officers (a minimum of 10 active Loans Officers) – team attrition rate should be less than 15%.
  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual reps.
  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of active reps.
  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps through E-learning and working with the Training Manager. For them to master the product knowledge.
  • Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the team members.
  • Sales and recruitment target achievement.
  • Sourcing for new business as a team.
  • Ensure 95% collection rates.
  • Timely submission of reports that is sales, marketing and training reports.
  • Master and ensure the use of Market force, E learning and Mambu in the team.
  • People management regarding HR issues in the team via reports.
  • Assessing Reps Presentations either through role play or actual performance in the field.
  • Review of files from Loans Officers before Data entry.
  • Coordination of marketing activities in the team.
  • Ensure all funds deducted from Platinum Credit Customers are collected from the respective votes under your supervision.
  • Supporting and ensuring the Credit Officer achieve the retail sales targets.
  • Improve the welfare of your staff through the company welfare scheme and the staff Sacco.
  • Ensure that your Branch premises and staff are presentable and portraying the desired company image

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a Degree/Diploma in business administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Two to three years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is added advantage
