Job Summary:
CTG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to support our Country Manager in managing humanitarian projects. This role involves contractor recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, incident management, and ensuring staff welfare.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the mobilization of contractors and ensure the smooth startup of new projects.
- Manage administrative documents and payroll procedures for accurate salary payments.
- Maintain payment records and generate payslips for contractors.
- Assist in client invoicing and maintain regular client communication.
- Explain contract arrangements to consultants and ensure compliance.
- Manage labor conflicts and support the Country Manager in conflict resolution.
- Provide deployment support and security advice to international and national contractors.
- Act as a liaison between insurers and contractors for emergency situations.
- Review contractor performance and provide performance feedback.
- Manage administrative tasks, including filing systems and meeting minutes.
- Organize events, travel arrangements, and provide logistical support.
- Keep updated on UN policies and share updates internally.
- Assist in local labor law compliance and office operations management.
- Oversee timesheet management and invoice generation.
- Facilitate swift payment of invoices by clients.
- Produce weekly reports for the Country Manager.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least two years of HR experience.
- Excellent customer service and team management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
