Job Summary:
Sama is seeking a proficient Implementation Engineer who will play a crucial role in assisting customers to optimize the use of our data annotation services. The role involves working with various teams, understanding customer requirements, and designing solutions that balance technology and human aspects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery teams to implement and deliver customer solutions.
- Act as a technical expert in Sama’s technology platform.
- Understand detailed customer requirements for the integration of the Sama platform and services.
- Develop, deploy, and support customer-specific solutions or integrations.
- Simplify technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tackle complex problems where issues may be ambiguous.
- Craft solutions that harmonize technology with human elements.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (relevant experience can substitute for a degree).
- 4-6 years of experience as an Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience in Python or other web development/scripting languages.
- Proficiency with REST API and/or pub/sub integrations.
- Experience working with AV customers.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously and move quickly.
- Flexibility to support a global team across various time zones.
