Job Summary:
The Manager – Business Transformation will play a crucial role in translating the Bank’s strategy into actionable initiatives, enhancing the digital transformation journey, and ensuring alignment of projects with strategic goals. The role involves collaboration across the Bank, monitoring project implementation, and leveraging data insights for decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to translate the Bank’s strategy into initiatives.
- Develop insights and recommendations for digital transformation.
- Create and manage dashboards for strategic initiative tracking.
- Proactively address project roadblocks and align initiatives with the Bank’s vision.
- Conduct industry research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Drive technology adoption and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track KPIs related to strategic initiatives.
- Assess initiative impacts and optimize project outcomes.
- Support the CEO’s office in stakeholder engagement aligned with the Bank’s strategy.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- University degree in business, finance, or a numerically inclined field.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (ACCA, CIMA, PMP, PRINCE2).
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial services or Management Consulting, with 2 years in Strategy, Business Transformation, or financial analysis.
- Ability to analyze opportunities and make value-adding recommendations.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology and software tools for business transformation.
- Business acumen and a track record of identifying opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
