Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping GENPROF’s financial strategies and decision-making processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Producing comprehensive quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit-loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Generating performance ratios to assess portfolio quality, efficiency, productivity, and overall financial health.
  • Interpreting reports to provide strategic recommendations aimed at continuous institutional improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Finance and Admin Officer to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates should have:

  • A university degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Microfinance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as this is an entry-level position.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to interpret financial reports and performance metrics.
  • Proficient internet skills for data collection and research.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
