Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping GENPROF’s financial strategies and decision-making processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Producing comprehensive quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit-loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generating performance ratios to assess portfolio quality, efficiency, productivity, and overall financial health.
- Interpreting reports to provide strategic recommendations aimed at continuous institutional improvement.
- Collaborating with the Finance and Admin Officer to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates should have:
- A university degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Microfinance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as this is an entry-level position.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to interpret financial reports and performance metrics.
