Job Summary:
The Physician will provide primary, urgent, and emergency outpatient medical care to eligible American employees and their families. The role involves emergency and occupational health services to all Mission employees, determining hospitalization/medical evacuation needs, and participating in after-hours call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary, urgent, and emergency outpatient medical care.
  • Determine hospitalization or medical evacuation requirements.
  • Arrange all aspects of patient care and participate in after-hours call duties.
  • Play a vital role in creating a healthier workplace and advising on health policies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School.
  • Completed post-graduate training in primary care (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine).
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience post-graduate training with direct patient care.
  • Current valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the host country, country of citizenship, or the U.S.
  • Ability to perform common office-based surgical procedures and emergency response skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic laboratory equipment usage.
  • High sensitivity to patient needs and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Written/Speaking/Reading).
